R & V & Benny on the road

I am not sure why anyone would go south when it is summer here in Minnesota.

R & V along with Bennie are on the road. They left on Wed. Are visiting V's brother in Valley Center, Kansas near Wichita. They will be on the road again on Jan 1. Will stop in Oklahoma City for a short visit before heading on to Texas. They are glad their route isn't through Denver--the snow most likely will stay in the western parts of OK and KS.

B & C are still waiting for a call from OH. B will call Saturday morning to get the latest. We plan to leave for OH January 1st. We'll just wait there until the camper is ready. Hope it is ready Tue or Wed. Then it is back to MN to pack up. The weather looks like it will be warm through next week--that should make for good driving.

B has been doing little fix-it project around the house and C has been sorting, packing and going through magazines. She cuts out interesting info and tosses the rest.

About our house showing--the people picked our house as their number one choice of what they saw that day. They are trying to decide if they want to be on water or if they want an acreage. They do have a place to sell but it sounds like it is quite saleable.

I will let you know when we hear that the camper is all ready. nlsower
