Hi everyone. We have been very busy lately. R & V moved today to Solid Rock Camp since they are group leaders for the project during June. They have to get the tasks organized and also the RV campground ready. They may still have some time to work at Amundsen Educational Center to help finish the house the students have been building. Yesterday they finished at the fish camp so we all were invited to the camp for "supper" (I'm still a old country boy).
B is still working at the camp this week through Thursday plus a little at Diamond M Ranch and RV park. B and C will move to Solid Rock Camp on Friday. C has been working on her projects. It is hard to believe that in a little over three weeks we will be heading for MN.
Hope our project at Solid Rock goes well. The camping facilities are minimal--a little electricity and maybe some water but no sewer--we have to hook up and go about five miles into town to a dump station at the Fred Meyer Store (the store is like a Wal-Mart). The campground at Solid Rock has lots of trees so is rather dark and with the cloudy skies it could be rather depressing. The camp is really spread out and lots of hills. Pray we have a productive and enjoyable project.
We check the blog nearly every day for comments--so thanks. nlsower

Hi Everyone!!
Hope you are all doing fine and not working too hard and the weather is pleasant, and you are able to sleep a few hours while the sun still shines. We finally got 1/2 inch of rain and we could use at least 3 1/2 inches more - we aren't greedy are we? Praise God for what we got. We (I) spent the day with our youngest and she and the baby are doing fine. Counting carbs and getting use to the insulin shots. Tonight we had a pot luck at Pastor's house and our final Bible study for the year. Lake Beauty was pretty good but lonely. THe temps were just right and CZ got to go fishing with the guy from GA that belongs to our church on Sat & Sun so he was in 7th heaven. He caught a med sized bass - the biggest fish he ever caught. The speaker was Tom Tuft and he was good!! Mont goes back to AZ with family starting Sun Am - driving. Our garden is growing pretty good especially after that 1/2 inch and yes we did get some strawberries and they lok pretty good so far. I forgot to tell you we had to fix our truck we put in a $200.00 lift pump the week before Lake Beauty and on the Thursday before LB it took us 1 hour to go to Lake Henry so we didn't dare risk taking it to LB so we called Denis and used his suburban and had to turn the hitch around because it was too low and it had plenty power and worked fine and on Tuesday we tool the truck to Koronis Motors and they put in a fuel injector and that cost $1500.00 and tonight coming back from Bible study the Check engine light came on --- so its back to the shop in the morning, so pray for patience!!!!!!! and funds!!
Otherwise we are doing good ---still going forward --- I think!!
We can hardly wait to you guys again -- it's been a long time. This is the time of year our calendar fills up fast so time will go fast. Keep safe and keep in touch God Bless You all

Hi Uncle B and and Aunt C.
I was just checking in and seeing what you guys are up to. I enjoy looking at the picutures. Mom and Dad are coming through here tomorrow night on the home from visiting Dave in NH. They also stopped last week on the way out there. I tease them about our bed and breakfast on I-80. Then Dad got a bit sassy and said I needed to cook a better breakfast. (It was cereal because we are all dieting.) I told him for the price he paid he shouldn't complain. Next time I would put him out in our shed.
Our boys are getting big and LOVE to be outside. The baby cries when I bring him inside. We just got a new Sheltie last week. He just turned 1 and is perfect with the boys. We named him "Buckeye." Mom thought it was pathetic but the funny thing is that I named him. I guess my husband is starting to rub off on me!
Jacob is talking about wanting to fish. Mom & Dad took the grandkids last year over to a friends pond and he remembers doing that. I told Dad that we need to come up sometime and take him over to Willmar. I only ever fished with Grandpa so I don't think I would be much good at trying to take him out. We have a canal around here but I don't know how to get the fish off the hook...nor do I want to. :)
Jonathan is waking up from his nap now. Hope all is going well.
